The company's truck-type weighing and charging system supports one-vehicle-one-pole, two-vehicle-one-pole, continuous passing, etc. These modes do not need to be manually switched, and are adapted to different accuracy requirements.

1. Complete vehicle weighing platform Complete vehicle weighing platform  1.1 Installation of an axle counter with direction recognition at both ends of the platform.
  The advantage of this structure is that the direction discrimination is realised by hardware, while the traditional software direction recognition is retained, which greatly reduces the possibility of axle loss, non-transmission of data or gross errors caused by this.
1.2 Wing anti-skid
  The intermittent pattern plate can greatly improve the brake resistance, and the centreward wing can avoid slipping automatically to the centre instead of the edge when slipping.
2. Weighing Controller  It is made up of several microprocessors working together, responsible for processing the information from the weighing platform, the wheel and axle recogniser (if configured), the vehicle separator, sending the weighing data to the computer, and sending control signals to the motorised barriers (if any).
3. Wheel-axle recogniser It is used to identify whether the axle passing through is a single wheel or a double wheel, whether or not it is configured is determined by the system requirements.
4. Vehicle separator   It is used to indicate whether the vehicle is completely on the platform, usually using infrared light curtains, or ground sensing coils or similar devices.
