2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

This section stands as the pivotal core for crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly fabricated, with options for manual or automatic hanging mesh, alongside streamlined automatic assembly frame circulation.

3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This section is the heart of the production process, dedicated to the crafting of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is created, with facilities for both manual and automatic hanging mesh, alongside automated assembly frame circulation.

4.Cutting Section

Within this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is expertly demudded by utilizing the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is seamlessly placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting for perfect molding.

The cut body is flawlessly processed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Following waste removal, the blank body is meticulously managed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, finalizing the production with precision.

5.Autoclaving Section

In this critical section, the assembled cakes are transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and expertly coordinated ferry cart, setting the stage for superior curing.

Once autoclave cured, the products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and promptly moved to the finished product packaging section for final touches.

6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The cakes, freshly steamed from the autoclave, undergo a seamless sorting, palletizing, and packing process. They are then transported to the storage yard by the state-of-the-art packaging and conveying systems, ready for distribution.
