This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all essential raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This section represents the heart of the production line for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and efficiency.

Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) production is expertly handled, whether through manual or automatic processes, alongside seamless automation in assembly frame circulation for optimal productivity.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is a critical phase in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring foundational strength.

It involves the crafting of necessary steel mesh (mesh cage), incorporating both manual and automated hanging mesh processes, and ensuring the smooth automatic circulation of assembly frames.

4. Cutting Section

The intricately loaded mold frame, carrying the billet body, undergoes demudding via the efficient turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, achieving precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for final product shaping.

Post-cut, the body is meticulously handled by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle any corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the refined blank body is adeptly managed and marshaled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining the process.

5. Autoclaving Section

Expertly assembled cakes are meticulously guided into the autoclave for sustained pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart, paving the way for superior product quality.

Upon autoclaving completion, cured products are seamlessly extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for market.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-autoclave, the steamed cakes undergo thorough sorting, efficient palletization, meticulous packing, and are then conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment for smooth logistics.
