I. Overview:
In the water supply and drainage treatment process, the gas float separation technology is an effective method for the removal of tiny suspensions with a proportion close to water.

Fourth, how it works
The vortex recess float consists of an aerator, a floating pool, a scraper and an electrical control box. The aeration machine generates air bubbles by rotating the motor at high speed to draw in air. The "micro-bubbles" are then evenly distributed in the sewage by stainless steel loose air impellers.
The aeration machine uses the transmission impeller to rotate at high speed to create centrifugal force and generate negative pressure around it to pump air or other gases above the surface of the water into the aeration port and then release it from the aeration outlet immersed in water. When bubbles are produced in the small holes of the loose impeller, the high-speed rotating impeller cuts the bubbles into tiny bubble fragments 30 to 100 microns in diameter. The flocculated sewage enters the air floating pool and mixes with these micro-bubbles to bring the solid suspension to the surface. During the floating process, micro-bubbles will attach to the suspension, and when they reach the surface of the water, the solid suspension will rely on these bubbles to support the maintenance of the surface, through the scraper to the surface of the surface of the slag formation scraper.
