Oxygen Sensor Production Line
Equipment Compnent Include
The equipment consist of a feeding auxiliary rack, fixtures, conveying system, camera inspection, pressing system, dust removal system, testing system, robot, inter-process material transfer system, as well as related controllers and safety components.
Operation Function Description
Assembly of AG1010 Hexagonal Base Component
Process Materials:
- Hexagonal Base: 1 piece
- Inner and Outer Covers (Integrated): 1 piece
- Inner/Outer Covers (Separate): 1 piece each (standard configuration)
- Large Ceramic Part: 1 piece
Assembly Process:
1. OP: With coordination of left and right hands, retrieve the hexagonal base and inner and outer protective covers from the rack (special racks with corresponding material labels required). Assemble them accordingly and pre-place the large ceramic part inside the WPC (pre-installed in WPC to reduce 30 process cycles).
2. MAE: Automatic pressing by the equipment, height detection of covers, and automatic transfer to the next process.
- The assembly fixture carrying the product is transferred to the assembly position, and the lower boosting cylinder pressing mechanism rises.
- A pressing head is installed at the top of the station, with a structure matching the protruding part of the inner/outer covers and a square hole in the middle. The boosting cylinder rises, and the hexagonal base pressing part contacts the pressing head, applying a pressing force of 50KN.
- Continue until the riveting and curling action is completed (meeting the technical requirements of the base assembly drawing).
- The WPC carrying the product is transferred to the height detection position, and the upper height detection mechanism effectively performs contact-type height detection of the outer protective cover (meeting the technical requirements of the assembly drawing).
- After height detection of the outer protective cover (setting detection judgment program for different base component products), the contact structure retracts, and the assembly fixture carrying the product is transferred to the next station.
- The WPC carrying the product is transferred to the next process, where the unloading system identifies corresponding alarms or defective products for each process, and the unloading claw is placed into OK or NOK vibration trough.
