1.High automation
This equipment adopts the operation mode of the machine moving and the workpiece does not move.
The operator places the workpiece on the working platform and input the processing hole size. Then equipment can automatically position and drill until the end of the machining, without manual positioning, alignment and other operations.
The famous industrial PC is equipped with the famous Yaskawa servo system. Germany imports laser locators, gratings and other control systems.
2.Precise positioning
The initial positioning of the workpiece of the equipment adopts laser patrol positioning, and the positioning of the space three-dimensional axis movement adopts servo motor and grating ruler positioning feedback control system; the positioning is accurate and the control precision is high. The base system surface of the machine can be arbitrarily set according to customer requirements, and is especially suitable for the processing of workpieces with inaccurate welding deformation positioning.
3.Easy to use
This equipment has developed special operation software, the operator does not need to manually program; just input the workpiece shape and hole size to be processed through the operation software interface to automatically process the program. This part of the work can also be handed over to the technicians. The operator only needs to import the files saved by the technicians into the device through the internal network or U disk. The operation is greatly reduced, and the operator can be employed after simple training.
4.High processing efficiency
Due to the high degree of automation of the device, a reasonable design reduces the inertia between all moving parts, and the positioning time between the holes and the holes is less than 10 s. Acceleration and deceleration are four times faster than competing products. At the same time, the internal cooling drill is used, which is 4-6 times of the ordinary drilling speed.
There is a safety anti-collision system in front of and behind the machine.
6.Wide range of applications
It is especially suitable for the processing of different steel sections. it adopts the single-sided horizontal power head. In addition to the height direction, the other two surfaces can process any size components.
7.Special inspection agency
