Introductions:

Our ultrasonic descaling machines can efficiently contain the fouling and clogging problems inside your metal material equipment such as heat exchanger, evaporator, condenser, boiler, oil cooler, primary cooler, pipelines etc., and with just a little power consumption (usually 300 Watts per set) they can keep the scaling equipment at a satisfactory state with our one-to-one customized design solution.
Application Principle:
The intelligent ultrasonic descaling device mainly consists of three parts: host, transducers and adapters. Welding thread adapters are welded perpendicular to the axis of the scaling equipment. The generator in host generates electrical impulses of a given shape. The transducers are connected by a cable to the generator and continuously receive electrical impulses from the generator with carrier frequency at a range of 15 to 30 kHz. These electrical signals are converted by a magnetostrictive core into ultrasonic vibrations of the same frequency. And then continuous ultrasonic vibrations are created in metal and media, which are safe for welding and rolling, but destructive for solid deposits. Ultrasonic pulses of a given shape and parameters do not allow any solid deposits to settle on the surface of scaling equipment, transferring the process of transition of solid dissolved particles to an insoluble form and the process of their precipitation from the surface of scaling equipment.

Application Effect:-
There are several parameters which can reflect the actual fouling condition of Acetic Acid Recovery Heater and the most direct-viewing among these parameters are the backflow valve opening of circulating pump, the current of circulating pump, steam flowrate of the heat exchanger and slurry feed flowrate.
After the ultrasonic descaling machine come into use in Nov, 2013, the above parameters have been keep at a high and stable level which indicates a good running condition according to a 11 months continuous online data monitoring.

Application Effect:-
One of the judgement criteria for the circulation pipeline descaling effect is the delivery capacity. Before the ultrasonic descaling equipment come into use, every 2 months running the circulation pipeline would have generated a 7mm scale layer and as a result surely can't meet the normal production requirement.
