In response to the cheating of vehicles that can easily occur with the current single platform axle weighing system, our company has developed a dual platform structure. The length of weighing platform is doubled, which prolongs the time for vehicles to pass through. By comprehensively processing the sampling data of double platforms, combined with the information of wheel and axle recogniser, and using the unique dynamic algorithm of the four parties, we get the accurate information of weight and axle type of vehicles.
It has been proved through practice that the front and rear dual platform structure is more effective in curbing cheating behaviours such as jumping vehicles, taking the S-shape, high-speed weighing, etc., and reducing toll leakage and congestion at the toll plaza caused by weighing disputes. The dual platform structure has the following advantages over the single platform: it can automatically identify the wheel partially stayed on the platform, jumping (sudden acceleration), going S-shaped and other situations, effectively avoiding the weight reduction that may be caused by some drivers intentionally driving in a non-standard way. The dual platform axle metering system consists of two sets of axle weighing platforms, left and right or front and rear, along the direction of travel. The two sets of platforms are independent of each other, share a common frame and are structurally closely connected to form a rigid body. The central processor improves the weighing accuracy of the system by analysing the data from the two platforms and compensating for them through algorithms.

Weighing platform is the main part of the scale, welded by steel and steel plate, with sufficient strength, rigidity and good stability. 2. Product installation conditions :
1. The location of the scale room should meet the needs of observation and operation, relative humidity is not more than 90%. |
2. There should be an independent good grounding device, in the driest season grounding resistance is not greater than 4Ω. |
