Advanced Saponification System for Large-Scale Soap Production with Automated Controls
The raw oil and sodium hydroxide solution are mixed into the saponification tank through a delivery pump.The saponification tank is designed with a jacketed for heating. As the temperature rises, the grease and sodium hydroxide undergo a saponification reaction to form a soap base liquid.
The soap base liquid is heated by the vapor to evaporate some water, then drop into the drum flaker, solidifies into solid flakes, and falls into the screw granulator to form soap granules. After the soap granules enter the mixer, various required additives, flavors, pigments, etc. are added and stirred evenly, and then transported to the three-roll miller by the conveyor line for grinding.
The raw materials are further crushed and made into thin flakes, and then transported to the double outlet by the conveyor line.
The first-stage screw of the strip machine squeezes the material tightly, and the special refining head homogenizes the raw materials to make them more evenly mixed, and allows the raw materials to be further ground and refined, and then extruded by the second-stage screw into Strip extrusion. The soap bar is made into laundry soap through the cutting machine, and if it is passed through the printer, it is made into soaps of various specified shapes.
The feeding system consists of a frequency-controlled material pump and stainless steel pipe fittings, valves, elbows, etc. to complete the delivery of molten liquid materials into the saponification pot.
The saponification system consists of 2 saponification pots, used alternately.
Drying and granulating system
The drying and granulating system composed of tube heater, drum dryer and screw granulator.
The forming packaging consists of a mixer, a three-roller grinder, a double vacuum strip machine, a dicing machine or a printer and a packaging machine.
