Our glass greenhouse ventilation system is designed to efficiently remove waste heat and moisture, adjust air composition, eliminate harmful gases, and create optimal environmental conditions for plant growth. With our system, you can easily regulate temperature, humidity, and air quality in your greenhouse, ensuring healthy and thriving plants.

Natural ventilation glass greenhouse relies on natural ventilation to regulate the indoor environment most of the time. The structural form of large productive glass greenhouse is generally double-slope multi-span greenhouse, and the ventilation form is to set ventilation windows on the side wall and roof ridge. Its total ventilation area is not less than 15% of the greenhouse area, preferably more than 30%. When the roof wind window is opened, the window sash should be inclined upward beyond the horizontal plane. When it is fully opened, it forms an angle of 100 with the horizontal plane, which can achieve good ventilation effect.

2.Forced ventilation   glass greenhouses rely on natural ventilation to regulate the environment most of the time, when the temperature is high in summer, especially when the outdoor temperature is over 33 ºC, it is difficult to meet the cooling requirements of greenhouses by natural ventilation alone, so forced ventilation and other measures are commonly used in production. Forced ventilation is to use fans to convert electric energy or other mechanical energy into wind energy, forcing air flow to ventilate the greenhouse and achieve cooling effect.

1.Hot water heating The hot water heating system is composed of three basic parts: hot water boiler, heat supply pipe and heat dissipation equipment. Its working process is to heat water with the boiler and then pressurize it with the water pump. The hot water is supplied to the radiator in the greenhouse through the heat supply pipe. The radiator is used to heat and raise the temperature of the greenhouse. The cooled hot water is returned to the boiler for reheating and repeated circulation. The hot water heating system is stable and reliable, which is the most commonly used heating mode in glass greenhouse.
2.hot air heat system Consists of a heat source, an air heat exchange, a fan and an air supply pipeline. Its working process is as follows: the air exchanger is heated by the heat provided by the heat source, and the fan is used to force part of the air in the greenhouse to flow through the air heat exchanger, so that the greenhouse is heated by continuous circulation. The heat source of the hot air heating system can be oil, gas, coal-fired devices or electric heaters, and can also be hot water or steam. The installation forms of hot air heating equipment are different for different heat sources.
3.Electric Heating The more common way of electric heating is to bury the ground heating wire underground

Shading and Cooling Methods

Shading and cooling methods for greenhouses include indoor and outdoor shading systems. The indoor shading system consists of metal or plastic mesh wires connected to the greenhouse framework, with a shading net installed on the film supporting line. It can be controlled manually or electrically. On the other hand, the outdoor shading system features a shading framework outside the greenhouse framework, with a shading net that can be opened and closed using a curtain pulling mechanism or a film rolling mechanism. Outdoor sunshade nets effectively block solar energy, providing a cooling effect.
